Yes. ITIN holders can form an LLC or corporation in Illinois and obtain an EIN.

What do I have to do every year after forming?

Illinois LLCs and corporations file an annual report with the Secretary of State, and corporations also pay franchise tax. You also have federal and state tax returns to file. We'll remind you.

Do I need a lawyer?
